Upon arrival, place your cake in a refrigerator until approximately 1–2 hours before serving. Keep cakes away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and warm vehicles, as buttercream and decorative elements are temperature sensitive.

Set your cake on a sturdy, level table away from direct sunlight, outdoor elements, and high-traffic areas. If displaying outdoors, keep the cake refrigerated until just before the celebration begins.

For the best flavor and texture, allow your cake to come to room temperature before serving. Any support dowels or structural elements should be removed before cutting. Leftovers should be covered and refrigerated promptly.
