Hi, I’m Ashley Marie—the face behind Elle + Emma’s.

What started as baking for friends in college grew into a love for creating beautiful, intentional cakes with bold, decadent flavor. I launched Elle + Emma’s with my sisters, Amber and Alexis, rooted in the idea of reviving classic comforts with a modern, elevated twist. My (current) personal favorite is Decadent Chocolate. It’s classic and simple but also rich and layered!

Today, I not only create custom cakes, but I also serve as a baking business educator and mentor for aspiring bakers who want to turn their craft into a profitable, structured business. I love teaching the balance of artistry, flavor, and operations that makes a bakery both beautiful and sustainable.

My heart is still the same: to create cakes that feel like a dream and to help others learn how to do the same with confidence and clarity.
