This will be six hours of hands-on instruction with Q + A throughout! You will be able to learn Elle + Emma's signature faux Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe, stack and decorate a 3-tier cake and cover business related topics such as pricing, social media, client correspondence, baking schedule and project management. All materials are provided for class!

Dates, Times, and Scheduling, Payment:

• Private classes are held Monday - Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 4pm (with the exception of holidays and unavailable dates). All materials are provided for the class.
